Bookings & Payment Policy
Full payment is required for all online bookings in advance, at the time of booking your Carnival Golf and Darts activities. Carnival game tokens are available to purchase on arrival.
Online bookings and payments made to Carnival Golf and Games are strictly non-refundable. Late arrivals may result in a reduced playtime or forfeiture of your booking.
Your Online Booking
Once payment is received for your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours of booking, please contact Carnival Golf and Games directly via the online contact form or by telephone.
You must present your booking confirmation email to collect your tickets at the venue. Entry may be refused without a valid confirmation email.
Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to alter your booking after payment, please contact us by telephone or via our online form. We do not guarantee availability for changes and refunds are not offered. If we can accommodate a change, this will be confirmed over the phone or via email.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made by telephone directly to the Carnival Golf and Games location where your booking was made.
More than 24 hours’ notice: Payment can be transferred to a future booking.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: Bookings are fully chargeable and non-transferable.
All bookings and any payments made to Carnival Golf and Games are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Game Cards Terms & Conditions
Game Card
A Game Card allows you to play games at Carnival Golf and Games locations in the UK ("Participating Location(s) only"). These terms and conditions (the "Terms & Conditions") govern all Fun Cards and their use. The Fun Card, including all administration related thereto, is provided by Funstation or its affiliates, parents, or subsidiary companies (collectively "Funstation," "we," "us," "our," "ours"). By purchasing, reloading, or using the Fun Card, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, and your use shall be subject to these Terms & Conditions, as they may be amended from time to time, without further notice to you. Lost or Stolen Game Cards
Carnival Golf and Games is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen Game Cards. We will endeavor to replace lost, damaged or stolen cards; however, the balance of tokens and prize points remain the responsibility of the cardholder. Any lost/spent balance will not be reimbursed.
Game Card Expiry Notice
Points balances (tokens/prize points) on Game Cards will automatically expire 12 months after the last use. Please note that the 12 month period will reset each time the Game Card is used. Expired balances will not be reimbursed.
Offers and Promotions
Carnival Golf and Games reserves the right to cancel, amend, change or withdraw any offer or promotion at any time. Offers and promotions are only valid during school term time unless stated otherwise. Offers and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
Behaviour Policy
Carnival Golf and Games reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who engage in disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behavior. Guests must comply with staff instructions at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Damage and Conduct
Players must treat the courses, games, props and equipment with care. Any deliberate damage or excessive force resulting in breakages will be charged to the responsible party and/or lead booker. Carnival Golf and Games reserves the right to remove or refuse entry to anyone behaving inappropriately or causing disruption.
Lost or Stolen Property
Carnival Golf and Games is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or stolen at the venue or during the experience.
